Limi, an 8-year-old kid, experiences a wide range of emotions every day: sometimes joy, very often fear, anger and hopelessness. She feels at the mercy of these feelings.
But this changes when she meets Freimut. Freimut takes her on an exciting journey: to herself. She learns how to understand her body better and how to cope with challenges more easily. And above all, she learns how strong she is.
This book with the support of illustrations helps children to manage their emotions.
